Justin Bieber read all about it! He gets beat up but not beat!

Justin Bieber, Complex

Justin Bieber's feeling better -- in fact, he's feeling good enough to FIGHT ... 'cause he just went after a photog in London ... and screamed, "I'LL F**KING BEAT THE F**K OUT OF YOU."

Bieber -- flanked by bodyguards -- was leaving a Central London hotel moments ago ... and in the mad scramble to his SUV, he made contact with a waiting photog.

The photog -- NOT a TMZ photog -- was clearly upset by the physical contact and immediately claimed he was assaulted. He then began to cuss out Bieber, who was already inside the waiting SUV.

But Bieber clearly heard the photog's insults ("f**k off back to America", "f**king little moron") ... 'cause the singer opened his SUV door and sprung out of the car ... trying to attack the photog.

While Bieber's bodyguard held him back, the singer screamed ... "What the f**k you say?"

The photog shot back -- "You heard what I said ... you heard what I f**king said, mate."

Bieber replied, "I'll f**king beat the f**k out of you."

Justin tried to swing at the photog, but his bouncers kept the singer at bay ... and eventually pushed him back inside the SUV.

The car left the scene without further incident.

Bieber just tweeted about the incident ... saying, "Ahhhhh! Rough morning. Trying to feel better for this show tonight but let the paps get the best of me."

Miami mayor Philip Levine chastised the pop phenom and praised police via his officialFacebook account that same day. "I commend the Miami Beach Police Department for their professionalism throughout the entire ordeal," the politician wrote. "As mayor, I encourage visitors to come to our city and enjoy our beautiful beaches and nightlife. However, everyone must respect the law and no preferential treatment will be afforded to anyone, regardless of their high-profile or celebrity status."

UPDATES- 5-10-14

Justin Drew Bieber is a Canadian singer-songwriter, dancer, and actor. Marketing executive, Scooter Braun first discovered Bieber through his videos in 2007.
When Justin Bieber first hit the music scene at age 13, his mother often discussed the family’s close connection to God and religious beliefs. But in recent years, his religious upbringing has been pushed to the backburner as the Biebs has made headlines for his wild antics and on-again-off-again relationship with Selena Gomez.
Now, in a new video, Bieber is once again showing his devotion to Christianity.
Bieber appears at the end of a rap video posted by Christian musician Brandon Burke and he is seen discussing God and Jesus Christ.
"God loved the world so much he gave up his own son, right?" Bieber says in the video. "Imagine, like, someone killing your son.
“Like a bunch of people killing your [son]," he adds passionately. "These are your people, right? It’s like, 'How are you killing my son? That’s my son!' It’s gonna be hard for you to forgive.”
He then adds, “God forgave everyone and they killed his son. That shows how much grace God has."
Some Beliebers turned to Twitter to show their appreciation for the singer’s religious thoughts.
